Welcome to the IV International Conference on Fresh-cut Produce (ICFP): Management of Quality and Safety. The conference will be held from August 12 to 15, 2019, in Taian, Shandong Province, China, with an optional post-conference technical tour from August 16 to 17.
The conference is organized under the aegis of the International Society of Horticultural Science (ISHS), which has a network that reaches more than 7500 society members as well as many additional professionals worldwide. The proceedings from the conference will be published in Acta Horticulturae, an important resource for scientific and technical literature that is available in both print and digital media. The conference is an excellent opportunity for researchers, technicians, students and industry people to share their knowledge and experience on key issues and emerging technologies relevant to the dynamic and growing fresh-cut produce industry. The main topics will include: Quality & Product Development, Temperature & Atmosphere Management, Facility & Instrument, Food Pathogen & Chemical Hazards Control, and Marketing Status & Future Trends.
The Scientific Committee of the IV International Fresh-cut Conference invites authors to submit abstracts and manuscripts using ROSA - Responsive Online System of International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS). The abstracts and manuscripts should be submitted in English. Peer-reviewed and accepted manuscripts will be published in Acta Horticulturae.
Be sure to register and pay the fee via the Registration system before submitting your abstracts. The abstracts will be rejected if you have not registered and paid the fee before the deadline of registration. When submitting your abstract, please choose the most appropriate subject area from the following list and mark it at the end of the abstract.
