王加华

王加华,博士,武汉轻工大学副教授,硕士研究生导师,入选湖北省省级人才计划。兼任中国仪器仪表学会近红外分会理事,北京理化分析测试技术学会食品营养安全光谱分析专委会副主任委员。湖北省一流课程《食品工程原理》课程负责人。2010年毕业于中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院,获得农产品加工及贮藏工程博士学位。2016.11-2017.11受国家留学基金委资助,访问日本筑波大学,任生命与环境学系客座研究员。发表学术论文40余篇(SCI/EI收录),主编本科教材1部,参编专著2部,参编教材2部。主持完成国家自然科学基金1项,河南省科技厅科技攻关1项,参与完成国家自然科学基金4 项,省部级科研项目4项。担任《Food Chemistry》、《Talanta》、《Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry》、《食品科学》等期刊审稿人。
