林红,博士,武汉轻工大学食品科学与工程学院讲师。主要从事代谢组学、脂质组学方法的建立;利用组学技术研究油料油脂功能组分的营养吸收及生物利用率等方面的研究工作。迄今为止,发表SCI收录论文6篇,其中第一作者2篇。主持国家重点实验室开放课题1项,省部级项目2项;校立教研项目一项;作为项目骨干参与国家“十三五” 重点研发计划。联系方式:linhong@whpu.edu.cn。
